Family (Last?) ski day!

 


Hi Everyone,

The snow is slowly getting few and far between and one of the mountains has already shut! We went up to a nice part of the still-open mountain called 7th Heaven. The snow was very grippy and there were big lumps everywhere, but I still had a fun time! After we had finished skiing, we walked past these yellow chairs (with a kind of creepy statue in the background...) and we also had a look at the nearby river. Then we went to a very good restaurant called Merlins and had curly fries, onion rings and LEMONADE!!!!!

  Hi Everyone! Yesterday, Mum and Dad took Lily and Me out to dinner! We went to Tandori grill, and Indian restaurant. For dessert, Mum, Dad and I all got Mango Lassies, and Lily got these yummy indian lemon donut things! They were very tasty and squishy! BEST SKI DAY EVER!!!!

  Hi Everyone!! Yesterday Lily and I went skiing with our upstairs neighbour and her friends! They are all ski instructors, so Lily and I got 3 ski instructors to ourselves! It was amazing! The snow was all fresh powers, deeper than the length of my poles in some places! Lily was up to her knees on some of the runs! It was so cool! One of our neighbours friends even took us down a run that wasn't on the trail map! It also had a secret gallery of the portraits of people who used to work on the mountain. My favourite run was called Authur's Choice, it was one of the 11 black runs we did though the trees(Lily and I love runs through the trees!). After we came home, we played with the dog my neighbour was looking after, Rosie. She loves snowballs! All in all, it was an amazing day. -Emily P.S. Happy Pi day! March 14= US date- 3/14
