Hello everybody!

Yesterday we walked to the library in the snow! I borrowed 19 books and 1 board game. Lily borrowed 18 books. There are a lot of books that I haven't read before, so I read all yesterday afternoon! This is a picture of me in front of the Whistler Public Library, where I hope to be volunteering soon. It's cool, but I am partial to Wānaka Library and all the incredible people there (shout out to the Library Ladies! You are all amazing!). Apparently, the warmest it will get to here today is -13😮🫢🫣, so today looks like another reading day!

BEST SKI DAY EVER!!!!

  Hi Everyone!! Yesterday Lily and I went skiing with our upstairs neighbour and her friends! They are all ski instructors, so Lily and I got 3 ski instructors to ourselves! It was amazing! The snow was all fresh powers, deeper than the length of my poles in some places! Lily was up to her knees on some of the runs! It was so cool! One of our neighbours friends even took us down a run that wasn't on the trail map! It also had a secret gallery of the portraits of people who used to work on the mountain. My favourite run was called Authur's Choice, it was one of the 11 black runs we did though the trees(Lily and I love runs through the trees!). After we came home, we played with the dog my neighbour was looking after, Rosie. She loves snowballs! All in all, it was an amazing day. -Emily P.S. Happy Pi day! March 14= US date- 3/14
