Vancouver fun!

Hi Everyone!

We've had lots of fun in Vancouver in the last few days! Let me give you a quick rundown.

First, we went to a cool retro diner for breakfast! It was super cool and had mini jukeboxes at each table! (but they were out of order 🙁 )  They had very french toast! Then we took a little boat to go to the Granville Markets! It was an amazing craft/farmer's market! It had little piles of fruit in punnets, candies nuts, clay pots, felted toys, lemon squares, beautiful boiled sweets and lots more! And there were lots of free samples  😋. Then we went to the kids markets, which weren't as good as I originally thought. It was just a big toy store. But there was a cute kid's door to get in (along with the bigger door), a cute place where kids can get haircuts in seats that look like cars and a VR roller coaster place! Lily and I went on the Mario and Minecraft roller coasters, and the Minecraft one was much better.

After the markets, Mum and I went to the ice skating shops to get me fitted for some ice skates (OMG I had no clue fitting skates took 3 HOURS (I am not joking, it took 3 hours)) Then the next day we went to the aquarium! It was super cool! They also had an armadillo, tiny monkeys, red ibises, otters, 200kg sea lions (very loud), various reptiles and some sloths! And there were touching tanks with star fish and sea urchins! The sea urchins curl their spines around your finger, so they are checking you out as much as you are checking them out!

My family and I had a great time in Vancouver, but I'm still glad to be back home again.

Write more soon,

  1. What a fun trip. I LOVED Vancouver when I visited a "million" years ago.
It looks like you had a great experience while you were there.🥰
