Loch Ness Adventure!

Hi Everyone,

Recently we went of a tour of the Loch Ness! We had a short drive to the docks where the driver told us all sorts of interesting facts out where we are staying (Inverness) and the surrounding area. When we arrived on the dock, we got on a boat and sailed down the River Loch to the Loch Ness. On the way we saw tiny little ducks that were very cute. When we got on the Loch we looked for Nessie, but sadly didn't see any sign of the Loch Ness Monster. We sailed over the Loch (IT'S HUGE!) and I learnt that the Loch is entirely filled by rainwater. Scotland gets so much rain! It was a beautiful day though, so nice that the sailors driving the boat were surprised. We arrived at a castle ruins and poked around in all the rooms which was super cool. Then we went back on the bus to go home.

But there was one surprise left! The bus driver took us on a special added trip. He took us to go feed and pat two hairy coos that he knew. They were father and son and they were called Hector and Uilliam (Galic for William). They were so fluffy and they have come to associate the tour bus with food since the driver goes to feed them a lot. They came right up to us! I feed them carrots. There horns were very long but also warm! Dad said it's because veins run through their horns. They were the cutest! Hector is the darker orange one (he found the camera the most!)

Write more soon,

-Emily
